It can be used in pulldowns, dumbbell rows, bent over rows, chins, T-bar rows, and seated cable rows. The high pulley directly overhead helps with optimum back and shoulder isolation. The Body-Solid Pro-Dual Lat Pulldown with Mid Row Machine is shown with a weight stack. Can be used with the Body-Solid 4-Stack Gym Frame.
