These non-slip pads can be stacked to just the right height to establish correct positioning for exercises or to add extra cushioning. Sold individually, available in blue only.
- Pads can be used to provide comfort, tension-free starting position and find neutral alignment
- When used on equipment, including the Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector or Stability Chair™, the pad can be placed under the hip or pelvis to provide comfort or under the head for neutral alignment.
