Our signature mat for all CORE^™ conditioning exercises, the Express Mat is lightweight, super-cushy and made of durable closed-cell NBR foam. Protect your spine from hard surfaces, while keeping comfortable as you exercise. To accommodate many different exercises and surfaces the Pilates Express Mat has ribs on one side and is smooth on the other. As with all Express Mats, the integrated Velcro straps allow you to roll up the mat and go.

Cleaning and care

• Wipe clean using a diluted mixture of water and mild soap
• Rinse well
• Ensure product is dry before using
• Never use corrosive cleaning products on mat

Storing and handling

• Store in a dry location way from direct sunlight
• Do not store anything on top of the mat as it may cause permanent indentations
• Do not apply adhesive tape to the surface
• Keep away from direct heat
• Be sure mat is dry before rolling up for storage
