Payment
Sports Planet’ offers customers various payment methods including cash on delivery, credit/debit card & bank transfer.
User Account
You may be required to register with Sports Planet.ae in order to access certain services or areas of the Site. With respect to any such registration, we may refuse to grant to you the user name you request. Your user name and password are for your personal use only. If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. In addition to all other rights available to Sports Planet including those set forth in these Terms & Conditions, Sports Planet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your account, refuse service to you, or cancel orders.
Intellectual Property
All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data, music, software, and other material (collectively "Content") is owned or licensed property of Sports Planet Sport Equipment Trading L.L.C or its suppliers or licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights. The collection, arrangement, and assembly of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of Sports Planet. Sports Planet’ and its suppliers and licensors expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in all Content.
Legal Capacity to Make Agreements and Transact
If you are under the age eighteen (18) years you cannot place orders with Sports Planet’. By accepting these Terms and conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. Should Sports Planet suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor Sports Planet’ reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Sports Planet.
Product Suitability
Please note that all products on the main Sports Planet website are designed for Home use and carry a home use warranty only, unless stated otherwise. Equipment purchased from our website and used in a non-domestic environment will render the warranty null and void unless the equipment description states it is suitable for commercial use.

Buying products from our Mail Order Returns / Ex-Display Section Items purchased from our mail order returns/ex-display models’ section of our website may be partially or fully boxed/assembled and may have some sort of cosmetic damage. All goods will have been tested and will be in full working.
Prices
Prices and availability of products on the site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered. Our site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced.
If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation or a Shipping Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a pricing error.
Products Availability
On occasion, you may be able to place a product in your shopping cart and submit your order for processing, but your order is subsequently cancelled due to unavailability of product. You acknowledge that products may sell quickly and there may be a short period of time after an order has been submitted, but where the product is no longer available. You agree that we may cancel your order even after you have received an Order Confirmation without penalty.
Warranties
All new equipment sold by Sports Planet’ is covered by a minimum one-year parts and labour cover for domestic use only, (excluding consumable parts), unless the item states it is suitable for light commercial or commercial use. In many cases the warranty is greater than this. The warranty on equipment we sell varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. It can include a full on-site repair facility or a 'back to base' warranty. In some cases, where there is a minor fault, the manufacturer will send a part by mail for the customer to fit (This warranty excludes consumable parts and damage caused by accident, or misuse). Warranty for light commercial or full commercial equipment varies, please contact our sales department to clarify warranty status on individual equipment.
If an item develops a fault, please contact us within 3 days from date of delivery stating the equipment you have, (brand and model number), serial number and a brief description of the fault. Sports Planet’ will either arrange to send a part for the customer to fit, send an engineer to site, or in some instances, depending on manufacturer, ask that the goods be returned to our warehouse. Goods must be well packaged prior to collection. No goods will be accepted into our warehouse without prior authorization from us. Sports Planet will then repair or replace the equipment with an equivalent or better model and deliver the goods back to the customer at our expense.
Please note all equipment is warranted for UAE only.
Extended Warranties
All warranties (Manufacturer and WarrantyPlus+) are subject to the same terms and conditions as the original manufacturer warranty. Extended warranties, offer upgrades to manufacturer's warranties to 3 years parts and labour cover. Warranty Plus is available by phone on +971 56 508 5491 or by email support@sportsplanet.ae.

Consumable Parts (Resistance Equipment)
Cables, chains, belts, upholstery, spring load adjustment pins, pulley wheels, pulley wheel bearings and all springs. All loose weights and fixed barbell and dumbbells are classed as consumable items for the terms of the warranty.

Please head to the Contact us page or call us at +971 56 5085 between the office hours of 9am to 6pm (GMT+4), Saturday to Thursday. *During Ramadan, our working hours are 09:00am - 03:00pm from Saturday - Thursday.
Cancellation of order
In case you would like to cancel your order kindly send us an email on support@sportsplanet.ae within 3 days of your confirmation of order. If you order is not shipped, we will cancel the order and will process full refund.
In case the order is cancelled after the shipment dispatched, we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping fee.
Note: No cancellation of order will be accepted after 7 days from delivery of goods. Refund will take up to 8 business days to process and up to 30 Days to reflect in your debit/credit card.
Returns & Exchange
Sports Planet’ wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with the items. For online purchases and a full refund, we will accept items not worn, used or damaged.
All Fitness & Sports Equipment’s are not eligible for refundable or exchange, if any mechanical defect on the equipment’s, the product shall be replaced or repaired free of charge.
Note: Our couriers do not collect any unpackaged goods.
